Ownership & Eligibility

You are at least 18 years old and the lawful owner of the items, free of any liens. Items are not counterfeit and were not obtained from lost or stolen devices. We may request ID or proof of ownership.

Condition & Testing

“Good Display” = no discoloration/lines/dead zones, normal brightness. “Good Touchscreen” = fully working touchscreen across the display. “OEM” = original Apple‑manufactured display (not aftermarket copy). We test all items upon receipt.

Inspection & Adjustments

Payment amounts are subject to our inspection. If results differ from your submission, we will email a revised payout. You have 7 calendar days to accept. If you decline or do not respond, we can return the items at your expense or recycle them after 14 days.

Shipping & Labels

Orders of $120+ receive a prepaid FedEx Ground label at no cost (currently using FedEx Sandbox). Orders under $120: you are responsible for shipping costs.$5 for orders under $120 and $15 for orders of $120 or more. You are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping.

Packaging & Risk of Loss

Pack screens securely (bubble wrap & rigid box), include the printed invoice, and keep your drop‑off receipt. Risk of loss passes to us upon the carrier’s acceptance scan.

Payment

We pay after inspection (typically same business day) via Check, Zelle, PayPal Goods & Services, or local Cash for in‑person drop‑offs.

Fraud / Illegal Items

Suspicious or illegal items may be held and reported to law enforcement. We may refuse or cancel any transaction.

Taxes

We do not issue Forms 1099 for purchases of goods. Consult your tax advisor about your own reporting obligations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
